Do you have goals that you wanted to achieve but finding it difficult to move closer to it? A life coach is your partner, manoeuvring through the paths, overcoming obstacles, and working with you towards your goal sets.
There is no right time, date or season where you find yourself needing a coach. Because of this, you can have a coach anytime when you are ready to take a big step to commit yourself to being coached.
If there is a challenge that you are facing and need a coach to work through it with you, then let the time be now!
Both coaching and therapy have different approaches, but they work towards the same goal that you have.
In therapy, therapists can work with you to address certain thoughts and emotions that you are going through. In coaching, coaches partner with you to challenge your perspectives, identify new insights and actions to unlock your potential and/or new thinking.
Essentially, both coaching and therapy help you to be a better self, or your 2.0.
There is no secret formula here. It is at your discretion to how many sessions you think would be sufficient to get you through your obstacles and reaching your eventual goal.
As a start, you can begin with 4 sessions and decide if more sessions are required there after.
A one x 45 mins complimentary discovery chat will be provided when you register your interest. You can then decide if you wish to pursue purchasing the session package to work towards your goals set!
Sessions are held online. Should you are based in Singapore and would prefer a face to face session, that can be arranged as well.
